SAP Maintenance Innovation Day

Digital transformation is profoundly changing the way companies operate and interact with the end customer. As one of the most affected industries by this technological and cultural revolution, the field service makes no exception. The application of technology can have a transversal impact in terms of improving the efficiency of maintenance operations and increasing the competitiveness of companies and organizations.

The digitization of field service activities streamlines end-to-end maintenance management, leading to significant savings in terms of costs and, at the same time, creating new business opportunities.

Besides, the new technological tools available on mobile devices and accessible through the cloud, allow field operators to speed up their tasks, being able to rely on technologies to enhance knowledge and reduce operational limits, as well as allowing the collection of valuable data.

This allows a rise in the quality of service, enabling the traceability of all the interventions in the life cycle of an asset, with significant benefits for all the actors involved in the value chain.

New call-to-actionThe whole maintenance ecosystem is evolving in a fast, delineated and non-reversible way. Business processes, as well as human resources skills, must be reviewed in digital first logic. It is a matter of industry survival.

The SAP Maintenance Innovation Day on 28 March, an event organized by SAP Digital Business Services in collaboration with A.I.MAN. (Italian Association of Maintenance), is the right opportunity to reflect and discuss this unique opportunity to be an active part in change and to understand which tools are needed to be a leader rather than a follower.

Livemote will be the co-star of SAP Service Cloud in the Live Session of the afternoon program: "Intelligent Ticketing and Augmented Reality: innovative technologies to support on field maintenance - SAP and Livemote together to build the new Field Service Automation”.

Francesco Marcantoni, CEO and co-founder of Livemote, and Nicola Gorelli, Innovation & Portfolio Lead - Italy and Greece of SAP and SAP DBS, will present the integration between Livemote and SAP Service Cloud, bringing on stage a practical use case.

The digital future of field service is here - get on board with us!
